1. The bare part of the machine is coated with anti-rust grease, which should be removed before installation. After the installation is complete, re-apply the lubricant. The machine is then mounted on a concrete foundation or steel frame. The level is corrected based on the two beams when installing the filter.

2. Then pour concrete. There should be room around the machine. Consider the convenience of installing and disassembling the pipes and removing the filter cake and maintenance. Access pipes, valves, etc. as required. Fit the tubing according to your model and process needs.
3. Select the rubber sheathed flexible cable and the jacket metal hose according to the line capacity, and connect to L1, L2, L3 and PEN respectively. Commissioning; observe that the oil pump motor should rotate clockwise.

4. Install the filter cloth of the filter press first, then install the filter plate. This is a normal process. Regarding the choice of filter cloth: it is preferred to select a filter cloth for the filter cake requirements depending on the nature of the suspension.

5. The performance of the filter cloth determines the filtration effect and the service life of the filter cloth. The structure of the filter cloth: the structure of the filter cloth of this model is a sleeve type filter cloth.

6. The head plate of the filter press has been installed and fixed on the thrust plate of the filter press; the tail plate is mounted and fixed on the pressure plate of the filter press. The required quality hydraulic oil is filtered through a 20 μm filter mesh and added to the upper limit of the mirror.

7. Start the oil pump and press the oil into the hydraulic cylinder. At this time, the liquid level should be in the middle position of the sight glass. Check the pressure gauge of the filter. Indicates that the value should be ≤ the number of Mpa of the hydraulic working pressure specified in the insert of the corresponding style filter press.

8. If the hydraulic pump system is verified to be normal, the pressure gauge is correct, and the pressure does not meet the specified value of the insert, the pressure can be adjusted. Adjust the pressure: make the pressure relief pressure greater than the hydraulic working pressure of about 1Mpa.

9. The upper limit of the electric contact pressure gauge is adjusted to the hydraulic working pressure value, and the lower limit is the hydraulic working pressure minus 2Mpa. Check and adjust the correct position of the drive section and the pull-tab of the automatic filter press.
